Quiet as I have kept this...( not very much at all). I am a creature of excess. By my very nature... I have shared before. if one donuts good 20 has got to be better.
The same thing applies when it comes to other extracurricular activities, such as sex.
Teaching myself moderation has been a wonderful gift.
That I'm still trying to learn.
Progress rather than perfection... I heard that a few times somewhere in some setting with a big blue book.
